Cancellation Policy

One-time orders

We start packing quickly, so an order can be cancelled only before it ships. Email hello@lymnura.com with your order number as soon as possible; if the parcel hasn't left our fulfillment center we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, you're still covered by our 60-day empty-bottle guarantee.

Subscriptions

• You can pause, skip a delivery, change the frequency or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
• Changes must be made before the next order is processed. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.
• Once a renewal has been processed and shipped it can't be cancelled, but unopened bottles can be returned under our Refund Policy.

Bundle offers

Bundle discounts ("Buy 2, get 1 free" and "Buy 3, get 2 free") are applied to the whole order. If part of a bundle is returned, the refund is calculated on the discounted price actually paid.
