The 60-day empty-bottle guarantee

We want you to actually try Lymnura, not just look at it. Take one full dropper every day for up to 60 days from the delivery date. If you don't feel lighter, email us at hello@lymnura.com with your order number and we'll refund the full purchase price of your first order, even if the bottle is empty.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@lymnura.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
2. Tell us, in a sentence or two, how it went. We read every message and it helps us improve the formula.
3. We'll confirm by email within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What's covered

• One guarantee claim per customer, on your first order of any bundle size.
• Unopened extra bottles from a bundle can be returned for a refund within 60 days; we'll send a prepaid label for US orders.
• Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace them at no cost.

What's not covered

• Orders placed more than 60 days ago.
• Second and later orders (the guarantee exists so you can try it risk-free, not as an ongoing return program).
• Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, the guarantee covers your first shipment. Later shipments can be cancelled before they're processed; see our Cancellation Policy.
