Processing

Orders placed before 2 pm (your local time, Monday–Friday) ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment center.

United States

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (every 3- and 5-bottle bundle qualifies).
Standard shipping on orders under $75: $5.95, typically 3–6 business days.
Expedited shipping, where available, is shown at checkout with its price and delivery estimate.
We ship to all 50 states, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International

Where international shipping is offered, rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are usually 7–14 business days. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charge.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or visit Track order. Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel is scanned.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Carriers occasionally run late. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email hello@lymnura.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll always do our best to help.
