These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Lymnura. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Lymnura Lymphatic Drainage Drops are a dietary supplement. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition or are under 18. Results vary from person to person.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock; if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Promotions, bundle offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

3. Shipping, returns and guarantee

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our 60-day empty-bottle guarantee and return terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval you select until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before the next order is processed, as described in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it so we can complete your transactions and contact you.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, the Lymnura name, logo and packaging are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

7. Reviews and user content

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit and publish it. You confirm it is your own, accurate and not misleading.

8. Third-party links and tools

The site may contain links to third-party websites or tools we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymnura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lymnura harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable consumer law gives you other rights.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
