What is Lymnura?
A daily herbal glycerite made from four traditional lymphatic botanicals: cleavers, red clover, stillingia and prickly ash.†
How do I take it?
One full dropper (1 mL) once a day. Add it to water, tea or juice, or take it under the tongue. Each 2 fl oz bottle is a 30-day supply.
How fast will I notice something?
Some people notice lighter mornings in the first week; most describe clearer changes in weeks two to four.
Does it contain stimulants, laxatives or diuretics?
